Teaching system/philosophy: Tai Chi Chuan & Qigong
This is based on slowly and accurately passing on the teachings to enable students to progress through the steps as outlined below:
• Improvement of body structure (postures and body movement)
• Ability to physically perform Tai Chi & Qigong forms with correct movement
•Softening/relaxation of body (ligaments/tendons/muscles)
•Basic understanding of Chi and ability to “sink” (improving balance),
• Ability to clear the mind and lead Chi
•Understanding of martial applications of Tai Chi Chuan movements
•Thorough understanding of the Principles of Tai Chi Chuan
•Develop an awareness of the Tai Chi (Yin /Yang) feeling throughout the body/mind when adhering to the principles and applying them correctly.
•Understanding of the martial arts (especially Tai Chi Chuan), its tradition and philosophies
•All PCMA students obtaining a greater understanding of the possibilities that can be attained in regard to martial capability and general health through the perseverance and dedication to training and study.

1- Yang form - 24 ('Simplified', 'Beijing', 'New Style') Standardized
2- Yang form - 108
3- Yang sword form – 32
4- Chen form- 18 (Grandmaster Chen Zheng Lei)
5- Chen Form – 74 (Old Frame, First Routine, Liao Jia Yi Lu / big circle)
6- Chen form – 64(Xiao Jia / small circle) (Chen Xin)

1- Shi Bashi
2- Lotus
3- Chan Si Jin (Silk reeling energy)
4- Ba Duan Jin (Eight piece brocade)
5- Wild Goose
6- Dao Yin.
