Commencing training in 1980, Scott has diversified to various styles, although always returning to Shotokan for the technique, history, and character development of this style.
The value for those who practice Shotokan Karate - development of well rounded coordination, agility and strength. Practitioners can practice at any time and length at any place; Shotokan is for men and women of all ages and requires no special equipment.
Shotokan Karate also fosters the development of spiritual qualities, courage, courtesy, integrity, humility and self control.
